Are you ready to showcase your creativity and win amazing prizes? Burger Detour is thrilled to invite you to participate in our exciting TikTok Contest!
Showcase your love for Burger Detour by creating a unique <30-second video that highlights our delicious food, vibrant venue, or awesome swag. Whether you're a TikTok pro or just getting started, this contest is for you!
Contest Period: Upload your video between March 15th to April 30th. Winners will be announced on May 1st!
Prizes: We're giving away a total of 10 fantastic prizes! Cash prizes include:
- $2,500 for 1st place
- $1,500 for 2nd place
- $1,000 for 3rd place
- Plus, 4th to 10th place winners will receive official Burger Detour SWAG and $50 CASH!
How to Enter: Simply upload your video to your personal TikTok account, making sure to tag @BurgerDetour and don't forget to use the hashtag #FrixFriends!
Contest Criteria: The winners will be chosen based on four variables:

Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility: The TikTok Contest ("Contest") is open to individuals of all ages, genders, races, and
backgrounds. Void where prohibited.
2. Contest Period: The Contest begins on March 15th, 2024, and ends on April 30th, 2024 ("Contest Period"). Entries received outside of the Contest Period will not be considered.
3. Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on May 1st, 2024.
4. Prizes: Cash prizes will be presented to winners in the form of cash or check. Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with the cash prizes.
5. Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at the discretion of the Burger Detour staff and marketing team based on criteria including, but not limited to, creativity, adherence to contest guidelines, and overall impact.
6. Modification of Promotion: Burger Detour reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time for any reason, without liability.
7. Video Submission: To be eligible for the Contest, videos must be uploaded publicly to the individual's personal TikTok account during the Contest Period. Entrants must tag @BurgerDetour in their videos. Videos uploaded incorrectly may not count towards the promotion.
8. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Burger Detour's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Burger Detour, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
10. Disputes: Any disputes arising under or related to the Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska without regard to conflicts of law principles.
